We would like to thank our implementing partners, the Mérieux Foundation. Odile Ouwe Missi Oukem, PhD, is responsible for their operations in Mali and Niger.
When asked what should happen after the close of the TDDA project, Odile makes the case for continued investment in health security strengthening.
“This project lasted four years… we’ve only really built the foundations. We would be leaving things unfinished if we built the foundations but not the house.”
